Houston, Texas, US ,that engage in lateral/horizontal technique(s)
licensed from other patent-holding firm(s). This technique may be
specifically useful for underwater applications, but it may be useful
on land, as well.

I am specifically not interested in publicly-held companies (such as Baker-Hughes).
