I have a startup business selling a Pocket PC and Palm OS software
package geared towards businessmen and travelers going to Africa.  The
software gives the user customs, maps, history, and other information
for each African nation.  I currently sell it on handheld sites, but I
want to tap into African, Asian, European and US Embassies and travel
organizations may want to utilize information from software.  How can
I tap into these resources and generate distribution channels or maybe
find a company to purchase the full rights to my software?
