Hi!!

The vice-president of El Salvador from 1967 to 1972 was Humberto
Guillermo Cuestas, who passed away on April 4, 2005.

"He was the vice-president of the former president General Fidel
Sánchez Hernández, during the period 1967-1972" says in an oficial
bulletin of the current government of El Salvador.

I did not find records in English on the Internet, there are only few

I confirmed the above info searching on old laws of El Salvador that
includes the signature of Humberto Guillermo Cuestas as
"Vice-Presidente de la Republica":
"LEY DE INSTITUCIONES DE CREDITO Y ORGANIZACIONES AUXILIARES - 28/SEP/1970":
Signed near the bottom of the page:
"Humberto Guillermo Cuestas,
Vice-Presidente de la República,
Encargado del Despacho Presidencial."

"Ley De Fomento A La Pesca Marítima De Altura Y Gran Altura - 26 de
Octubre de 1970":
Signed near the bottom of the page:
"HUMBERTO GUILLERMO CUESTAS,
Vice-Presidente
Encargado del Despacho de la
Presidencia de la República."
