What is the Name of this movie?

Its set in the 50's maybe early 60's.  High school kids, Smaller town,
skinny blonde kid has sex with hot chick, keeps banging her head on
the bed post, get caught by her parents he leaves out the window.

before the skinny blonde kid has sex, he wrecks his bike or skateboard
or rollerskates and the hot chick helps him get up.

Troubled kid moves to town, helps the skinny blonde kid get chicks and
be cool, he has a motorcycle and his father is abusive.  I think at
some point they race cars and wreck,

not sure of any actors names
