VB.NET: voice detection on Pocket PC, (better dynamicly display voice

Oh, all you have to do is use the Speech SDK for .net, which is called
as Speech.Net.

The official site for it is : http://www.microsoft.com/speech/default.mspx

You will find plenty of examples and the component which displays the
wave, for voice input :).

Thanks Paul for your comment, but I guess the Speech.Net is for
ASP.Net based application. What I am building is a stand along app on
a Pocket PC to tell whether the user is talking or not.

berklong, i need to know whether u want a voice detection software
that can be trained so it can recognize some voice commands or just to
detect if the user is talking ? anyway to show the wave form of a wave

Thank you very much for the link. Here is what I am looking for:
1. simple voice detection, without recognize command or derive meaning
2. read voice stream directly from microphone
3. On PDA, or windows mobile device, not PC
