I started having a few brownspots a couple of years ago. They have
doubled inize and darkened in color. My make up won't even cover it
upnow. It seems like every week, I have another hyge blotch of brown
coming to surface. It's horrible and it's really starting to bother
me. i can describe by saying it looks like I got a really dark tan and
now iam starting to peel. The contrast is that bad. My question is, i
have been looking online into laser treatment. I have already done
thebleaching lines that my dermatologist prescribed me 2 years agoand
I didn't have muchof anoutcome become i hadto stop usingit because my
skin is terribly sensitive. So I wanted to ask if anyone knew a
ballparkfigure on how much these procedures cost and if anyone reading
this has had it done. Thank you , Violet

Violet,
This doesn't sound like just a "cosmetic" problem. It sounds as
though you are describing melanoma. I don't want to scare you, but
these spots can be skin cancer (had one myself). They can be easily
removed, but it is important that they are before they become too
large and too deep.

But again, I don't want to scare you - and may be entirely wrong. I
am no doctor, and as you can read in the disclaimer below, this is not
professional, legal or medical advice.

Maybe this site can be of help:

http://www.oncologychannel.com/nonmelanoma/symptoms.shtml

You can find many other sites with my search for: "skin cancer" spots

The one above I chose for being less dramatic. The one below provides photos.
The Australians are extremely conscious of the risk, so listen to them.

Good luck, Myoarin

Sorry, I forgot to add the link:

Rereading your question and the texts of these sights, I see parallels.

Good luck, Myoarin
