Hello,

My company is in the process of fund raising in order to expend our
activities and built a new factory in Germany.

There are many German/EU financing programs (like the www.kfw-mittelstandsbank.de).

We are looking for German commercial companies that are specialized in
this field. Meaning, know all programs, and how to apply to them.

Thank you,

Sharon

Sharon,
Good idea to rephrase your question. I hope you or someone nearby
speaks German as this will make searching a lot easier, as well as
giving you a control if you end up depending on a company for advice.

This site provides links to 17 addresses. The words after the first
slash mark translate: business, initial start-up (?), regional
business support.

http://www.besteadresse.de/wirtschaft/existenzgruendung/regionale_wirtschaftsfoerderung.php

Some of these are govt, sites, like this is one from Dortmund,
outlining some of the necessary steps:

http://www.go-to-do.com/content_de/index.html

This is the list that appears after a click on "unternehmensberatung"
at the left of the previous site, bringing up 95 sites for "business
consultants":

http://www.besteadresse.de/wirtschaft/existenzgruendung/unternehmensberatung.php

This is a very mixed bag, many useless for your purposes.

This is the site for the state of Bavaria:

http://www.startup-in-bayern.de/Global/kontakt.html

I am leary of naming any companies "that are specialized in this
field" simply because I have no experience with them. I would
recommend that you test the govt. sites, maybe testing their English
capability if that is important.

I have, however, spoken with a friend who has a ?mergers and
acquisitions? company in Germany (the first named at the bottom of the
following site, who may not be personally available). He agreed that
you could contact them. Perhaps M&A could be a solution that you have
not considered. At least, it would be an opportunity to speak with
someone who might be able to guide you to another source that could
help you.

Another idea, the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany:
