What do you mean by response? You may be able to remedy the situation
with a payment or by negotiating with the lender.

Some thoughts. If you search on www.google.com with term "response to
foreclosure" you will get many instances of the responses of folk
faced with that trauma.

"borrower has sought protection under Chapter 11 in response to
foreclosure proceedings brought by the first mortgagee and MLPC"

If you are a homeowner in foreclosure, you are probably already aware
that there are many approved programs through HUD, FHA, Fannie Mae and
Freddie Mac that lenders have to follow that prevent you from losing
your home. http://www.foreclosureassistancehotline.com/google/

On a humorous note, someone responded to forecloser proceedings by
invoking the deity....probably didn't work as well as responding by
filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
" response to foreclosure proceedings on their house in Hartford,
Connecticut, they claim God told them they didn't have to pay the
mortgage
