Mima,

Do you know anything more about Allstars, e.g. industry, products
sold? More details would help find information about them.

This is turning out to be an interesting query. If you do a Google
search on "CB-13022" (with quote marks) you come up with a number of
businesses in the Bahamas with the exact address given in the question
(but no AllStars, alas). The businesses seem to be based in other
countries for the most part, but maintain a Bahamas address (perhaps
for tax purposes) but how they can all have the same address is a bit
of a mystery. It could be that AllStars operates somewhere outside of
the Bahamas as well. Anyone else have any clues?

The Bahamas address is a P.O. box mail diversion / forwarding service.
Companies can register their company address here and appear to have a
presence in the Bahamas, when all it is, is a mail redirection
service, so any mail that goes here is reposted to the real address.
The 'owner' of the address simply charges companies using the service
a monthly fee and postal charges for forwarding the mail. It's also
common in the States itself for smaller business, particulary when
there is suite 101 or something in the address.
Generally speaking small companies wanting to make themselves appear
bigger generally use 'enterprises' 'international' 'group' to amplify
their size. So although I couldn't find any information on the
company, it's 'probably' a 1-5 man team of a selling nature.

Why do you want the information? Are you considering doing business
with one or more of these companies? That might not be advisable,
since companies that can not be easily located are usually up to some
type of scam or possibly illegal business activity and this is a
business that is using multiple names withi the same mailing address.
Unless you can contact some business official in the Bahamas to get
verifiable information about this company, I would be very suspicious
of them.

SINCERELY,
