How can I obtain a copy of a 911 tape or what legal papers do I need
to file to obtain a copy of a 911 tape?  I wrote a letter to the law
enforcement agency and the commanding officer called me to say that
911 tapes are not released as a matter of policy, so now how do I get
it?
