I have a great design for a new and unique face-watch design. I wish
to register it / patent it.

The idea involves a simple mechanism which enable a new and unique way
of showing the time.

I'll need to know what's the cheapest and easiest way of registering
such patent (a design related patent). I need to know about an online
service/site which gives a registration service. Since this
information is vital a personal experience would be much appreciated.

The registration service/process should:

- Be Fast and simple

- Have low price tag

I think I tried these guys before. They don't have any online registration service.
I need a site/place where i can simply fill up forms, pay the
necessary amount of money, get results and patent rights.

I seem to recall that diagrams must be submitted in these sorts of applications.

If you are talking about a US design patent.  There is NO service like
you want.  If you find some place that appears to offer this service
-- run for the hills because it is a scam.

However, filing a US design application is VERY simple.  Go to
www.USPTO.gov and downlaod the forms for a design patent.  There is
only 1 claim and it is:

The ornamental design for a XXX, as shown and described. 

Include the drawings showing the design from all angles, pay the fee
and that is it.

If I understand correctly, you have not just a new design for a watch
face but a also for a "mechanism", moving parts.  IF so, this would
seem to require a more complicated patent request.
But I may be wrong, or may have misunderstood.

Thanks for your reply.
The new design i have requires change in current mechanism but it
doesn't have a new invention qualities to it.
The design, on the other hand, is unique and this should have the full
focus of the registration.
