Is "anticognitivity" a word?

Google does not believe in anticognitivity.  (Source: search on
'define:anticognitivity' - it doesn't find a definition.)  But I bet a
lot of people could be fooled.  ;)

Google now has a listing for "anticognitivity," if not a definition.
