There is a great online anagram generator from www.wordsmith.org,
available at http://www.wordsmith.org/anagram/advanced.html

You can enter the letters you want to use, then specify any particular
preferences or requirements, such as how many words you will allow and
if there are any words that must be included, etc.

Using the letters you provided, there are no single words but if one
allows three words there are a number of possibilites and if one
allows four words there a very many possibilities. Here are a few of
my favorites, you can choose one of these or go to the website listed
above and seek for more.

ytgcittivianino can be rearranged to spell:

TIN GOAT VICINITY
INVITING OAT CITY
IVY NOTICING A TIT
INVITING TO A CITY
INACTIVITY GOT IN

I hope this is helpful. Let me know if I can clarify anything.

Is "anticognitivity" a word?

Google does not believe in anticognitivity. (Source: search on
'define:anticognitivity' - it doesn't find a definition.) But I bet a
lot of people could be fooled. ;)

Google now has a listing for "anticognitivity," if not a definition.
