Hi there!  I am interested in finding an outbound call center that has
at least minimal english to do a very simple survey of households in
california.  I am looking for the least expensive call center in the
world with an autodialer.  I would like my answer in american dollars
per hour spent calling. So here is the question:  How much does the
world's cheapest call center charge per hour and how do I get ahold of
them? I will TIP BIG for a good answer.

I was looking for a very similar kind of setup some time ago. After
some detailed research and sheer luck!!, I came across a Call center
in India. This center operates on a predective(auto) dialer. It wasnt
very impressive to look at, but they got the job done.

For the record, I do not work for them or am affiliated to them in any
way. I had outsourced a project to them about 6 months ago.

Here's what they offered me.

Per hour rate: $ 4.5/ hr(all inclusive)
Predective dialer: yes
Detailed reporting: yes



I have their contact information but I am not aware of the ettiquitte
