HI, perhaps you can define more clearly what is meant by "low skilled [or "non-skilled"] english speakers". Do you mean persons with low skills in speaking English who are using English in their work? Would that include taxi drivers? Or could it mean low skilled persons who happen to speak English? I am not trying to be cute or difficult, just think that you will have a better chance of getting the answer you want if you can explain. This is a free comment and not an answer to your question. I thought that we abolished slavery years ago. The answer is almost certainly India - it is a (or the) common language The Philipines speak Tagalog, Spanish and English Pakistan is a good good bet but smaller so the 'Swahili' is less necessary China - well English speakers are at a domestic premium Argentina - I'm not sure about, but smart ones will just evaporate Much depends on what you want them for |
