I am looking to find out who designed a dress worn by Angelina Jolie.
It was a possibly satin, off the shoulder, floral print (possibly with
an ivory or cream base), low cut dress, with a pencil skirt bottom
half. I saw it in a women's magazine within the last six months. It
looked Rita Hayworth inspired. Information on which magazine I saw the
dress in again would be great too.

Upon further research, I found out that the dress in question was worn
by Angelina Jolie at the 11th Annual Premiere "Women in Hollywood"
Luncheon 9/14/2004. Who designed it?

Upon scouring the internet, I found the following statement:

"...Angelina Jolie wore a dress from the Collette Dinnigan Resort
2004-05 Collection to the Premiere Women in Hollywood Luncheon."

I was able to find the website of the designer Collette Dinnigan. 
When you enter the main site, take the ?Press? link, and scroll to the
second set of pictures.  There you will find one of Angelina Jolie
wearing the dress in question.
