www.sendcigarettes.com --- This website offers cigarettes shipped from Switzerland.

www.dynamictruth.com/cigarette/ --- This website offers cigarettes
from "Sovereign Native American Territory" (Indian Reservations).

I guess these cigarettes are legal until they are received or taken
into areas under State Tax Jurisdiction. For all practical purposes, I
guess these cigarettes are illegal contraband when they leave their
place of origin and enter the U.S. untaxed and in possession of either
consumers or enterprises.

Probably not.  There was another ggole question on what to do about
the letter from their taxing authority with penalties because they
purchased "tax free" cigarrets.
