Question ID: 549300
There is a Heineken tv commercial, where late at night a guy working
at a bar drops a bunch of heineken beer bottles and they smash. A guy
is in bed next to his wife, turns away from her, and when she asks
what's wrong he says "I don't know. All of a sudden I feel really
really sad." What is the song that is playing during the commercial,
who is it by, and where can I get a copy of it?

Hi mlev,

After locating the commercial and listening to it, I was unable to
identify the music.

Searching for the identity of the music proved fruitless, so I sent
out an email to the agency that created this commercial. I will let
you know of any response I receive as soon as I receive it.

Best wishes,
Rainbow

Hi mlev,

I received a reply from my contact telling me Jason Johnson is the
composer of the music for this commercial.

Ad Storyline:
"As a delivery man enters a bar he drops a tray of Heineken Lager, in
slow motion the bottles hit the floor and begin to smash. As they
break men everywhere stop what they are doing. A boxer stops in the
middle of a match, a surgeon stops in the middle of an operation and a
guy even stops cuddling up to his sexy wife."

So, the commercial you found is basically the long version of the one
I was thinking of. There is a shorter version, where it doesn't show
all the other scenes (like the doctor in surgery). The ad goes pretty
much straight from the breaking beer, to the couple in bed.
Consequently it has a different song. Can I trouble you to actually
find this one for say $10 more?

Hi mlev,

After further research, I was unable to locate a shorter version of this ad.

If you are still interested in locating it, perhaps you would like to
post a separate question which would be open for all researchers to
look for it.

Best wishes,
Rainbow
