1. Market data for the following 4 services: web design, print design,
audio production, and video production;
2. If possible, broken out by LOHAS Companies, LOHAS Teachers
(Speakers / Authors), and the San Francisco Bay Area geographical if
possible.  (LOHAS = Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability)
3. If possible, trend data (2003, 2004).

Looking for freely available research.  Idea: what publically-traded
companies provide the above services?  Perhaps their annual report
would have trend data.

produced companies is okay.  And the related number will give you a
way for inquiry with the manufacturers directly.
