Hello nlaen-ga,

Since your question was answered by a commentor, you can expire it and
only be charged the .50cent listing fee. However, if you'd like to
leave it open and see if a researcher can find a better picture for
you, please let us know so that we know to keep working on this
question. The way it stands now, until we know you still would like an
answer, no one will work on this.

You can find out how to expire a question here:

Clarifying my comment -

There's a Andrew J Martin, that is the 'City Hall' reporter for the
Chicago Tribune.

If this is the writer that you're looking for, his picture can be found here:
http://www.headlineclub.org/journalist/images/martin.jpg

Attached to the left a transcript of a discussion where he is listed
as "Andrew Martin, a City Hall reporter for the Chicago Tribune, and a
City News Bureau veteran", from this page:
http://www.headlineclub.org/journalist/1999/0199cnb.html#10

Email address: ajmartin@tribune.com

A bit more of a biography:

Radio interview (audio only), (scroll to March 12, 2002)

If this is -not- the same writer that you're looking for, would you
provide a reference or a link to an article that he's written?
