I'm looking for someone to research on the processing of being a ssl
certificate issuers like GeoTrust, VeriSign, Thwate, etc.

I want to start a business issuing certificate to web site owners and need to know:

1.  The process involved - how to start issue it.
2.  Different types of ssl certificates, if possible
3.  The infrastructure I need in place - servers, computers, whatever
that is needed.
4.  Regulations and authorities that I need to deal with if applicable.
5.  Licensing and fees required to get into the industry
6.  How to ensure that my ssl issued certificates will work on
browsers like IE, Netscape, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Mozilla, etc.
7.  Everything I need to know.
8.  I found out about OpenSSL - I need explanation of it, how it work,
and if it can be used in this new venture.

Basically I need information that will enable me start this business
if possible from A to Z.  I need details, links/urls, resources,
recommendations and much more.
