Here's a hint, you can insert a picture file into the AutoCAD...
go insert pulldown, then raster, 
then browse for file, 
then ok,
then scale=1

then you can trace over it, using various circles.

the 'How' was free, if you want me to do it for you let me know...

are you still looking for a dwg of this chart? i can convert the pdf
to a dwg for you, but you will need to add the text yourself.
