how do i look my own or someone elses voter registration to find out
their party affliation. Isn't this public information that listed
somewhere?

I am specifically looking for voter registration information in
Washington State and Alaska State.

yeah u need to specify the state as all the every state in US has a
different rule regarding voter registration

How about Washington State? Then Alaska State.
