---HERES THE CHALLENGE!---

I am trying to put together a list of about 100 people who hold the
title of Mortgage Loan Processor who either work or live within 30 or
so miles of 07054, which is the Parsippany NJ area. It doesn't have
to be exactly 100 but the closer to that number the better. I know
there are org charts and information online about people working in
companies. If you are clever, just calling into a company could net
you 5-10 names.  Ideally you could provide me with an email address;
phone number or name and current employer would work too.

They would work for the typical mortgage companies or even banks that
Process the paperwork for completing mortgage applications. It would
be easiest if someone had a network or knew someone that had a
database of these types of professionals. If there is a researcher
out there talented enough to pull this admitedly challenging
assignment off, there will be more work at even higher pay waiting for
you.

Would you happen to know if the job of "mortgage loan processor" is
licensed in the state of NJ?

I checked on some real estate and banking license databases in NJ, and
came across the following titles:

Mortgage Solicitor

Licensed Lender

Broker

Salesperson

Employing Broker

But these don't strike me as loan processors per se.

Any information you could add would be a help in trying to track this down.

Thanks,

paf

To clarify, a Mortgage Processor is simply a 40k-50K a year person that
facilitates the paperwork that needs to get done regarding a mortgage loan.
I don't know if you will find them outside of an org chart or calling
in and digging around---"Who are the Processors?" They keep a low
profile.
There responcibilities include clearing stipulations "stips" talking
with attorneys- possbibly clearing title, inputing the loans taken by
the Loan Officers that they work closely with. Think of them as
specialized secretaries. They rarely have degrees and they are vital
to getting the work done. If you say I need to make a list of your
"Loan Processors" to anyone in a Mortgage company, they will know
exactly who/what you are talking about.

Thanks...

It is not a position that requires licensing.

Simple: A loan officer Originates or Solicits the Loan- hands
application the the Processor who makes sure all the conditions are
met--it get's Processed and handed off to the Underwriter.
