When ever I access Rhapsody on my computer(window XP) (1 y/o HP
computer)the music skips I have tried my cable co and rhapsody and I
have worked on this for 1 month, with absolutely no success-HOW DO YOU
FIX THIS?

Have you encountered other problems with your Internet connection? 
Have you measured the speed of the connection (especially at times
when you're encountering problems with Rhapsody)?

I have roadrunner broadband and all other music like cd's and music
libraries like itunes, napster play perfectly-I really like and prefer
Rhapsody or I would have just quit a long time ago. I have tried the
connection speed and the accleration thing w/ notchs about 4-5 levels
down to basic. Nothing has worked to fix Rhapsody....

FYI....the same thing is happening to me...and my brother (mine never
worked well...his worked great till about 3weeks ago)....can't find an
answer either.
