I have this computer here that I can't install anything on, but I want to be able to sync my IPod... i have an external hard drive that runs fine with this computer--is there anyway i can sync my ipod WITHOUT installing software? | |

I would suggest creating a BartPE bootable CD with the stuff you need to sync your iPod. This would require a reboot whenever you need it synced, but you would have read/write access to the computer you are working with (access to your mp3's). Probably not the most elegant solution, but it should work OK. I would also suggest using EphPod instead of iTunes. http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/ http://www.ephpod.com/ |
