Please let me know whether or not this is the correct quote:

"Think Zook is excited about playing Miami in the second game of his
college head coaching career? Think again.

'I'd rather not play them,' Zook said. 'The way it is, is the way it
is. It's there. We're going to play them. I don't think there's
anything you can say that's going to change it'."

Here's a slightly different version:

"Zook did his best to avoid talk of UM, though he did say that the day
Spurrier resigned, he heard that UF's schedule included Miami. 'Why
would they schedule them?' Zook thought.

He wouldn't expound on the Sept. 7 UM game at UF -- 'The only game I'm
going to talk about is the Aug. 31 game against UAB.'

Would he have rather played Miami later?

'I'd rather not play them,' he said. 'But the way it is, is the way it
is. It's there. We're going to play them. Anything that is said is a
moot point anyway'."

I'm glad to have been able to help you find what you were looking for.
Below I have reposted the two versions of the quote that I found.

college head coaching career? Think again.

'I'd rather not play them,' Zook said. 'The way it is, is the way it
is. It's there. We're going to play them. I don't think there's
anything you can say that's going to change it'."
