Is there any element, compound, or material that can trap, eliminate, or diminish hydrogen sulfide gas (or sulfur in gas form). |

Bubbling the gas through an alkaline solution should neutralize the compound and remove it from a gas stream. Other people may have better ideas, though. |

Hydrogen sulfide corrosion is mitigated by increasing the pH (caustic soda orlime)and by using sulfide scavengers and film-forming inhibitors.The products to reduce hydrogen sulfide:- zinc oxide,zinc carbonate,iron ore. |
