Question ID: 550192
Vegan and health conscientious, I am trying to figure out what I
should eat to get the most health benefit from my diet.
Therefore, I would like a nutriment analysis for the following 4 topics:

*************Part 1= Food preservation ****************
I would like to know the ?nutrient content? from ?food preservation?
?Nutriment content?=vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals (Phytonutrients), enzymes?.
?Food preservation?= Fresh vs. dried (dehydrated), frozen, canned
I want also a recommendation for buy online dried food at the best quality/price.

***************Part 2=Type of cooking****************
Same as part one by for ?Type cooking?=Raw vs. juice, steamed, boiled, micro-waved
How dangerous is to use microwave?

**********Part 3=No organic vs. Organic****************
Same as part one;
Which product should privilege organic buy? I read that the following
product should be buying organic more than other products:
strawberries, peach, spinach, apples, green beans, cucumbers,
celeries, grapes from Chilly, US cherries, cantaloupe from Mexico
I clean my produce with vinegar associate with dish soap.
Output: Is it worst to pay extra to get organic and for what?

*************Part 4=Supplements and Vitamins***************
What is the best brands/manufacturers for "food form" vitamins
supplements. Which one have a better ratio quality/price for (1) green
powder, (2) natural multivitamins, and (3) digestives enzymes and
where to buy online at the best price? Some brands?s examples are
?Megafood?, ?Standard process? ?Juice Plus+? "Purity's Triple Green"
"Gary Null's Green Stuff Powder" "Udo's Choice Wholesome Fast Food or
Greens & Grains"

**************General comments**************************
For the four parts, I want data from studies (USA and/or other),
preferably from non-profit organization (for reliability and honesty).
I want to see comparison charts, % of preservation, etc? It should
include a summary for each part because I don?t want to analyze
vitamins by vitamins (for example) and make conclusion myself.
The result should be based on some common produce I consume:
A) Vegetables=broccoli, carrot, spinach, lettuces, cabbage
B) Fruits=blueberries, strawberries, oranges, kiwi, lemon, apples,
Pumpkin, tomatoes, avocado
C) Nuts and Seed=any

Thank you for considering this request.
