Use a Smith Chart to design and SKETCH a single-stub matching network
with a parallel stub. Determine the stub length, and the distance
between the load and the stub for both options. Also, please find the
lengths of both a shorted stub and an opened stub for each option.

Reminder: Draw a SKETCH of the shortest stub design that includes the
distance from the load, and the length of the stub. Show your work
clearly on the Smith Chart.
