I do not know about ecstacy but I have been taking Reductil (15g) for
a couple weeks. I lost 4k kilos in two weeks, I had been going to the
gym 90 minutes a day every day for 8 months and was not really losing
weight but this helped. I have not been excercizing during the weight
loss and I have eaten very little. They say it works because usually
when you eat less your metabolism slows Reductil stops the metabolism
from slowing. Some say it makes them sleepless, I have not been
sleepless at all in fact it made me tired (or maybe that was due to
lack of eating). I have also felt nautious from time to
time, anxious, and depressed. A slight increase in heart rate but not
as much as with ephedrabased supplements. I am not very overweight to
begin with I am size 36 and want to be 34. But I think it's working so
far. They say it's not good to take for too long and that it can be
addictive so every third week I would take a break for a week. My
psychic thinks the side effects are not worth it but I guess it
depends on your priorities. Hope this helps a little!

Never ever take ecstasy while using a seratonin and norepinephrine
inhibtor!!! They have opposing pharmacodynamic effects and will clash,
causing (in extreme cases) a nervous system shutdown.

Be very very careful, and consult your doctor if you're gonna add ANY
drugs to the Meridia or Reductil course (even analgesics like aspirin
can be dangerous to some).

Hope this helps.

I will have to disagree with the above comment.

Studies have been shown that SSRIs and Ecstasy do not have any sort of
toxic effect on the body in anyway. Although, it is possible that the
use of an SSRI will *significantly* decrease the effects of MDMA.

HOWEVER, taking a MAOI (Monamine Oxidase Inhibitor) with ecstacy CAN
be a fatal combination as it can lead to serotonin syndrome and other
toxic imbalances.
