I need a couple of particular articles of the vehicular or transit
code of Cuba in effect in 1982. One document I have references what I
need as the "codigo del transito" of 1974. Thus I could use a copy of
the code from 1974, and would accept a copy of the code up to 1982,
but not later. I need a copy of only article "articulo" 35 and 46 of
the codigo del transito. (This document is in Spanish.) The current
codes of Cuba appear in the Gaceta Oficial. Cuba now has a website,
but only the current code is accessible, and unfortunately it is
imperative that I have the earlier code, which was referenced by a
judge in a 1982 court decision.
