Trudeau".  In it, Mr. Trudeau claims that he launched and owns the
Golf TV Channel in the United Kingdom.  Is this true, and can you give
me basic details about the channel and his role in the ownership?

ownership of the company goes, I would have to refer you to the UK
Companies House where you can download details of the current
directorships, last annual accounts, and shareholders of the company.
This will cost you £4.

Hi answerfinder,

If possible, I would prefer to not have to pay additional money for
the listing.  Is this information available elsewhere at no charge? 
Also, I'm now not posititive that the television channel he claims to
have launched/owned is called the "Golf TV Channel".   I found another
press release of his that refered to it as just the "Golf Channel".  
I'm not sure how many golf networks there are in the UK, and which one
he may be referring to.  Thus I would also be hesitant to pay for a
search of mulitple listings on the site you mentioned.

The Golf TV Channel in the UK broadcasts on Sky Digital Television on
Channels 423 and 667. It is operated by Golf TV Limited which is a UK

According to Golf TV?s web site the company is fully owned by Trustar
Global Media Limited, a UK registered company.  This is one of several
references on the site.

This Google cache link takes you to a news report from 2003 which announced the 
start of Golf TV. Again this confirms Trustar Global Media?s role.

Moving now to Kevin Trudeau. He and TruStar Global Media Limited were
defendants in a Federal Trade Commission prosecution in 2003. The
complaint from November 2003 states that in June 2003 Trudeau resigned
his management and/or control positions at TruStar Global Media
Limited.

The complaint also states that another defendant TruCom, LLC
(?TruCom?) is a Nevada limited liability. It goes to state that TruCom
is the majority owner of TruStar Global Media Limited. Other companies
and individuals are also detailed in the complaint along with their
financial interests.

It is always possible that Kevin Trudeau has been re-appointed to Golf
TV Limited and TruStar Global Media Limited, or still has some
involvement in their business. The only way to do this is to go to the
UK Companies House web site. You do not have to worry about ?mulitple
listings? or undue expenditure.

So, in summary, it appears that prior to 2003 Trudeau did have some
involvement in TruStar Global Media Limited which established Golf TV
in the UK. The extent of that involvement is not defined.
