I would like to know the names of the best orthopaedic surgeons
(anywhere in the world) who can perform laminctomy/discectomy on a 75
year old man with degenerative lumbar spinal disease.  I need to be
able to rate the surgeons in their own countries and/ or
internationally.
I am only interested in institutions that specialise in this type of
surgery and in surgeons who perform many of these operations.
