I can provide you with the list of Internet Banks in Russia & Ukraine,
however, I don't think any bank will make public their list of
clients, particularly Internet banking clients since it is vulnerable
to online fraud.

Please let me know if the list of banks will suffice as an answer to
the first part of your question: you can price your question
accordingly.
