I need a rough overview of how sport is organized in japan for people below 18.

For example I heard that there is an organization called "Nihon
Sport-Shonendan" / "Japan Junior Sports Club Association" in japan,
but that almost all members are below 13 years. for older children
there are mostly school clubs. that's pretty much all I know. I need
to confirm wheter this information is correct, and a little more
detail (but not much).

I do not need detailed statistics, or information on small local
clubs, just the big picture, to give a foreigner a rough understanding
of the situation.

well, I don't really need the answer for my essay anymore, so I
lowered the price, but if anyone wants to answer it I would still be
