Question ID: 550771
How does one demodulate an incoming QPSK (full-rate) digitally encoded
waveform using C/C++ when given 10,000 I and Q values? The specific
application for this is finding the start point sequence in a TDMA
signal coming from a cell tower base station. Start point needs to be
found so that one might synchronize with the TDMA time slots in order
to pick a specific MS and monitor its bursts. It is not feasible at
this time to use DSP hardware; everything needs to be done using
C/C++.
