Question ID: 550798
I am currently doing a project that involves U.S horse racing and a
statistical model. But in order to apply my work, I need a lot of data
- past results from previous track races in the United States dating
back at least 5-6 years.
I hope for some data that is easily accesible on the computer (eg. in
html, or some digital format) and not too expensive.

So far, i have found some websites taht may provide the results i need
(links to them are in here:
http://www.horse-races.net/library/links-entryresults.htm)
namely: equibase, daily racing form, the sports wire, and BRISnet)

I need someone with experience to tell me what is the best way (good
data, but not too expensive) to obtain past US horse racing data.

Hi jongoo:

Having had a look around, I really think Equibase is your best bet (pun intended).
