In principle, New Jersey reports traffic violations to other states,
as a member to the "Interstate Driver License Compact. This Compact
will automatically report all moving violations, even those that do
not involve drunk driving, or driving on the revoked. The DMV is
required to assess points when out-of-state moving violations are

However, Wisconsin is not a member of the DLC (Driver's License
Compact). It does not assess points for out-of-state convictions.
