I am looking for a link to a reusable Java or ActiveX component which displays
the names in a user's Notes address book, allows the user to select
one or more items, and returns the names and email addresses of the
selected items to an external application (in my case, Javascript in a web page.)

This component should be available for licensing on an unlimited use basis.

There is a component for Outlook called Outlook redemption
http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/, essentially what I am looking for
is a a similar component that integrates with Notes.
