WA State has several community colleges.  I heard them advertise on
popular Seattle radio stations, I get bulk mail each quarter reminding
me that the college exists, and I see Yellow Page ads in the phone
book.  Please tell me for the latest year available, how much was
spent on these and other forms of advertising for WA community
colleges, broken down by college and type of expense (type of media)
if possible.
