When you say "percentage," you mean percentage of what? Percentage of
government expenditures? Percentage of the median income for the
country?

Hey mwalcoff-ga,

Let me clarify the meaning of percentage by an example. Like a certain
government spent 30% of its total public expenditure paying the civil
servant it hired,this particular figure,i.e. 30%,is what I want.
