Glutathione is said to be a powerful inhibitor of influenza. Here's an example of an article: http://www.life-enhancement.com/article_template.asp?ID=844 "supplemental glutathione (50 mM) to the drinking water of female Balb/c mice inoculated with influenza and found that it inhibited viral titer in trachea and lung." I'm looking for research that documents the ideal dose of glutathione in miligrams per kilogram of body weight. I have no idea what 50 mM means in terms of actual human doses. Include links or references to actual research reports supporting your conclusion. I'm looking for the ideal glutathione dose to resist influenza in miligrams per kilogram. | |
