Which states and Canadian provinces have "Surgeon Generals or
Physician Generals" similar to the Federal Surgeon General?

My friend from Canada once sent us an official site of Health Canada:

governmental health representatives:

think the bottom part of that list has people whose job descriptions are 
closest to that of the American Surgeon General. We were looking for
