My friend from Canada once sent us an official site of Health Canada:
http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/  On it, I found a list of non-governmental and
governmental health representatives:
http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/english/media/releases/2003/2003_97bk3.htm  I
think the bottom part of that list has people whose job descriptions are 
closest to that of the American Surgeon General. We were looking for
public health institutions for sending survey on e-health solutions,
