I would like to have VBA program in outlook 2003 which will send the
auto-reply to the sender once a I get specified number of mails(say
10).For example, if an user sends me 10 mails a day, the outlook
should send him/her an auto-reply with my custom message.

Sorry I don't have a macro for you, but Outlook programmers are pretty
few and far between. It's unlikely one's gonna show up here, and even
more unlikely they'd answer this question for free or for $10.

You might want to try www.vbaexpress.com
