I would like this by 12 noon tomorrow.  Please show all work thanks.

(a)	I need to understand if I am to digitize a given range of
temperatures for storage and transmission with a precision of 0.2
degree C. The desired range is from + 40 degree C to + 42 degree C. 
Determine how many temperature levels you will have and minimum number
of bits required to represent all the levels. Draw a table displaying
the ranges of analog values, the corresponding binary numbers and the
mean value.

(b)	If the temperatures in successive hours are the following: 40.6,
41.4, and 41.7, to what values will these temperatures are quantized?
