Please tell me the estimated overall costs of instrumentation for
percutaneous vertebroplasty, = vertebroplasty-canule with mandrine,
bone biopsy canule, syringe for injection of bone cement into the
vertebral body with hand holder, and hammer, as well as further the
current estimated average costs of vertebroplasty-consumption material
(two component-cement and wolfram powder) per patient
