Hello!

The contact numbers of secretaries of these celebrities are available
in the Film India Directory. I tried with some numbers of Shahrukh
Khan, but the numbers was not correct. This is because of the fact
that these stars get numerous calls from people, so they often change
their numbers, even their secretaries do not usually disclose their
numbers. Moreover, a star like Shahrukh Khan is unlikely to  do a
event unless there is some mediator in between or if the company
organizing the event is a BIG company.

I spoke to few Event management companies in Mumbai (where I live) and
asked them about your requirements. They said that they do organise
such events. They need to know the details of the event, like the
organiser, event type, location, date etc to check out the
availability for the star's appearance in the event.

Will it qualify as an answer if I provide you the contact details of
such companies?

I can also provide you the contact number of the the secretaries of
these actors mention in the latest Film India Directory, however, I am
not sure whether they will entertain your request for information,
since I tried it myself and some of them said that the stars are
"unavailable". If you need that anyway, please let me know so that I
shall post that as an answer.

I feel that approaching any top event management company is a better
and practical approach.

Please note that there are many other event mangement companies, I
have only provided the list which are leading and famous here in
Mumbai. The telephone number prefix "022" is the City dialling prefix
for Mumbai. Presuming that you are calling from outside India you need
to prefix the Country Code "+91" of India and then "22" and then the
number.
