Howdy Shoaib,

It does not appear that Intermediaries International, Inc. actually
arranges loans or financing, but rather they appear to offer to work
on what is called a commitment letter.

From the InvestorWords web site, the definition of a commitment letter.

"A formal offer by a lender making explicit the terms under which it
agrees to lend money to a borrower over a certain period of time."

Here is an excerpt from Intermediaries International's "Guarantee
Financing" web page.
http://www.iiinc.com.ph/guarantee.htm

"Intermediaries International, Inc. and its staff are experts in the
field of providing enhancement and principal repayment guarantee
facilities for clients and their projects."

This excerpt is from their "Tailor-Fit Packages" page.
http://www.iiinc.com.ph/tailor.htm

"Examples of how the Commitment Letter can fit your particular needs

The Certificate of Commitment can be tailor-made to meet the unique
requirement of your package.
...
With the Certificate of Commitment and a complete project package,
you have the confidence that you will receive a fair, quick and
often successful conclusion."

On analysis of the Intermediaries International web site, I do not
think they would be able to make the arrangements you seek. They
might, however, be able to provide some tools to those ends, but
there are not enough details, such as fees charged, if any, to be
able to tell how helpful they could be in such matters.

If you need any clarification, please feel free to ask.

Shoaib-ga, have you noticed that your questions get less attention
than you would probably expect? You always use the subject
"Question!". I would suggest putting the topic of your question in
the subject so interested people will read it. Everyone who posts a
question has a question of some sort, so your subject is generally
meaningless. Also, the ! is not likely going to create the urgency or
attention that you are attempting to receive. Just a passing comment
from a long time customer.
