Hi
I'm wondering why it is advised that users wait 2 - 4 weeks for the
full effect of Ginkgo Biloba or St Johns Wort to take affect. I read
somewhere that Ginkgo Biloba does not build up in the body. If not
then why the 4 week wait to see if it works or not?

Thanks!

Fortunately for those who take herbal supplements, the placebo effect
often kicks in immediately.
