This article might be only available from libraries or from the
publisher. It doesn't seem to be indexed as a full-text in a database
that is open to the public.

I could provide you with names of libraries that have the journal, so
you can try to order it through inter-library loan or have it
photocopied for you. Is there any preference to specific geographical
region, where the library would be located?

I am only interested in acquiring the article at this point.  I am
trying to guage the value of this kind of service in my day-to-day
